1. Introduction

ChicVogue Manchester ("we", "our", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases from us.

2. Definitions

  • Consumer: An individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession
  • Contract: The legally-binding agreement between you and us for the sale and purchase of Products
  • Products: The items listed for sale on our website
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays

3. Order Process

  1. Orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase Products
  2. No Contract exists between us until we send you an Order Confirmation
  3. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion

4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  2. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering
  3. We accept payment via:
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • PayPal
    • Other specified payment methods on our website

5. Delivery

  1. UK Mainland Delivery:
    • Standard Delivery: 3-5 Working Days
    • Express Delivery: 1-2 Working Days (additional charge applies)
  2. We aim to deliver within stated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates
  3. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery

6. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)

  1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason
  2. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive the Products
  3. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in writing
  4. You must return the Products within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation
  5. You will bear the direct cost of returning Products unless they are faulty

7. Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns must be:
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags attached
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Products
  3. Original delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is returned

8. Exclusions from Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted for:

  1. Personalised items
  2. Hygiene products where seals are broken
  3. Intimate clothing items
  4. Sale items (unless faulty)

9. Our Liability

  1. We do not exclude or limit our liability for:
    • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
    • Any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  2. We are not liable for business losses

  1. We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy of Product information
  2. Colours may vary slightly from images shown
  3. All sizes and measurements are approximate

11. Consumer Rights

    • Of satisfactory quality
    • Fit for purpose
    • As described
  2. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms
