1. Introduction
ChicVogue Manchester ("we", "our", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases from us.
2. Definitions
- Consumer: An individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession
- Contract: The legally-binding agreement between you and us for the sale and purchase of Products
- Products: The items listed for sale on our website
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
3. Order Process
- Orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase Products
- No Contract exists between us until we send you an Order Confirmation
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering

5. Delivery
- UK Mainland Delivery:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 Working Days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 Working Days (additional charge applies)
- We aim to deliver within stated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates
- Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery
6. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason
- The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive the Products
- To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in writing
- You must return the Products within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation
- You will bear the direct cost of returning Products unless they are faulty
7. Returns and Refunds
- Returns must be:
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Products
- Original delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is returned
8. Exclusions from Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalised items
- Hygiene products where seals are broken
- Intimate clothing items
- Sale items (unless faulty)
9. Our Liability
- We do not exclude or limit our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- We are not liable for business losses

- We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy of Product information
- Colours may vary slightly from images shown
- All sizes and measurements are approximate
