What is the return policy?

Chicvogue Manchester offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns; for faulty or not-as-described items, we cover reasonable return postage once validated. Read more in our Return & Refund Policy.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned items (or upon receipt of satisfactory proof of return). Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.

What shipping options are available for my order?

We provide free shipping within the United Kingdom. Orders are handled within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday), and delivery typically takes 4–6 working days after dispatch (Monday to Friday). See details in our Shipping Policy.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please email info@chicvogue-manchester.co.uk as soon as possible before dispatch. We process orders quickly, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped. If we cannot stop dispatch, you can use the return process after delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@chicvogue-manchester.co.uk with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it promptly and, for validated cases, cover reasonable return postage. To help with carrier claims, ideally notify us within 48 hours for transit damage—this recommendation does not limit your 30-day return guarantee or statutory rights.
